PHTF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,476 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, CEP170, and DENND2D. Each is linked with PHTF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF2-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHTF2 versus SULF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
