PHTF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHTF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP86, CKAP2LP1, and VTRNA2-2P. Each is linked with PHTF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF2-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP86 grouped by PHTF2-low versus PHTF2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHTF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHTF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
