Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHTF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,415 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHTF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair. Each is linked with PHTF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHTF2-to-partner and partner-to-PHTF2 results are reported.
