Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, HIRIP3, and FDXR. Each is linked with PHRF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHRF1 results are reported.
