Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, Telomere localization, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with PHRF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHRF1-to-partner and partner-to-PHRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery grouped by PHRF1-low versus PHRF1-high in STOMACH.
