PHPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,672 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHPT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF2, SEC16A, and PRRC2B. Each is linked with PHPT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PHPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHPT1 versus TRAF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
