Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,636 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB2, CENPA, and CDC20. Each is linked with PHPT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PHPT1 results are reported.
