PHOSPHO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOSPHO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,631 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOSPHO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MYEF2_S17, and NUMA1. Each is linked with PHOSPHO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHOSPHO2 versus MYEF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOSPHO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOSPHO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
