Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOSPHO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOSPHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, RN7SL578P, and EIF3JP1. Each is linked with PHOSPHO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO2 results are reported.
