Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOSPHO2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOSPHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and Rab25. Each is linked with PHOSPHO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO2 results are reported.
