Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHOSPHO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,544 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHOSPHO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCE1, RALY, and RECK. Each is linked with PHOSPHO2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO2-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHOSPHO2 versus RCE1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOSPHO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOSPHO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
