PHOSPHO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHOSPHO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHOSPHO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-34P, TRGJP2, and RNA5SP36. Each is linked with PHOSPHO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHOSPHO1-to-partner and partner-to-PHOSPHO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-34P grouped by PHOSPHO1-low versus PHOSPHO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHOSPHO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHOSPHO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
