PHLPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,705 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELCH, VPS72, and SMAD4. Each is linked with PHLPP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLPP1 versus RELCH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
