PHLPP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHLPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGO2, OMG, and WNT2B. Each is linked with PHLPP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHLPP1 versus AGO2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
