Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHLPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,234 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of T cell anergy, Regulation of lymphocyte anergy, and Negative regulation of exosomal secretion. Each is linked with PHLPP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLPP1 results are reported.
