PHLPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHLPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, ASB17, and VWC2. Each is linked with PHLPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-PHLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by PHLPP1-low versus PHLPP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
