PHKG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLYCD, TMEM219, and PIF1. Each is linked with PHKG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKG2 versus MLYCD in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
