PHKG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,856 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL3, ZNF862, and ZNF767P. Each is linked with PHKG1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKG1 versus TTLL3 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
