PHKG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,772 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, SVIL, and DDAH2. Each is linked with PHKG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKG1 versus SEC24A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
