Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHKG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, IL27RA, and CGNL1. Each is linked with PHKG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKG1 versus MYL9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
