PHKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,998 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHKA1, CTNNA1, and RPS6. Each is linked with PHKB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKB-to-partner and partner-to-PHKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKB versus PHKA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
