Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,079 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIF1, AP1G1, and CYP26B1. Each is linked with PHKB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKB-to-partner and partner-to-PHKB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKB versus PIF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
