PHKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, PCNA, and C-Raf_pS338. Each is linked with PHKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKB-to-partner and partner-to-PHKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PHKB-low versus PHKB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
