PHKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,441 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONP2, COG4, and PSME3IP1. Each is linked with PHKB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKB-to-partner and partner-to-PHKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKB versus LONP2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
