PHKA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,801 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, WRNIP1, and ZMYND8. Each is linked with PHKA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKA2 versus CTPS2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
