Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,282 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTBP1, NCAPH, and PLAU. Each is linked with PHKA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA2 results are reported.
