PHKA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHKA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,491 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM156B, FAM156A, and OFD1. Each is linked with PHKA2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKA2 versus FAM156B in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
