PHKA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHKA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,395 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PHKA2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA2-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by PHKA2-low versus PHKA2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
