PHKA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,478 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKB, LONP2, and FSD1. Each is linked with PHKA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHKA1 versus PHKB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
