PHKA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHKA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, C-Raf, and Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40. Each is linked with PHKA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by PHKA1-low versus PHKA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
