PHKA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHKA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHKA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNMA6F, CYP4A11, and GAGE2A. Each is linked with PHKA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHKA1-to-partner and partner-to-PHKA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PNMA6F grouped by PHKA1-low versus PHKA1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHKA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHKA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
