Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM9P3, RPS27P5, and RN7SKP210. Each is linked with PHGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHGDH-to-partner and partner-to-PHGDH results are reported.
