Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP17-1, KRT33A, and OR10G7. Each is linked with PHGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHGDH-to-partner and partner-to-PHGDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP17-1 grouped by PHGDH-low versus PHGDH-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
