PHF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PHF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF7-to-partner and partner-to-PHF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by PHF7-low versus PHF7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
