Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,031 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Regulation of sister chromatid segregation, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PHF7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF7-to-partner and partner-to-PHF7 results are reported.
