Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,007 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMG1, TRAPPC10, and MAML1. Each is linked with PHF6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF6-to-partner and partner-to-PHF6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF6 versus SMG1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
