PHF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,167 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, MCM4, and STAG2. Each is linked with PHF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF6-to-partner and partner-to-PHF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF6 versus CUL4B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
