Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PHF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF6-to-partner and partner-to-PHF6 results are reported.
