Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle assembly, Sister chromatid segregation, and Nuclear chromosome segregation. Each is linked with PHF6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF6-to-partner and partner-to-PHF6 results are reported.
