PHF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,467 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3, UBN1, and FBXW2. Each is linked with PHF3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF3-to-partner and partner-to-PHF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF3 versus FOXO3 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
