PHF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,020 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF451, PSIP1, and PHC3. Each is linked with PHF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF3-to-partner and partner-to-PHF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF3 versus ZNF451 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
