PHF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,273 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are F13A1, CFH, and ACVR2B. Each is linked with PHF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF3-to-partner and partner-to-PHF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF3 versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
