PHF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,170 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1, FAF1, and TEX48. Each is linked with PHF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF3-to-partner and partner-to-PHF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDK1 grouped by PHF3-low versus PHF3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
