The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PHF2P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PHF2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where PHF2P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
