PHF24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, RNA5SP106, and OBSCN. Each is linked with PHF24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF24-to-partner and partner-to-PHF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by PHF24-low versus PHF24-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
