PHF24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,007 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHC2, CDR2L, and KIF27. Each is linked with PHF24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF24-to-partner and partner-to-PHF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF24 versus PHC2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
