Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 792 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway, Negative regulation of cell proliferation involved in kidney development, and Extracellular matrix disassembly. Each is linked with PHF24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF24-to-partner and partner-to-PHF24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the C-end degron rule pathway grouped by PHF24-low versus PHF24-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
