Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF21B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,779 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF21B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SARM1, HDGFL3, and RBM47. Each is linked with PHF21B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF21B-to-partner and partner-to-PHF21B results are reported.
