PHF20L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PHF20L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PHF20L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK2, RBM12B, and TAF2. Each is linked with PHF20L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF20L1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF20L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PHF20L1 versus PTK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PHF20L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PHF20L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
