Across TCGA cell cohorts, PHF20L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,764 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PHF20L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, RNA destabilization, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with PHF20L1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PHF20L1-to-partner and partner-to-PHF20L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process grouped by PHF20L1-low versus PHF20L1-high in OVARY.
